Our 4000 - 3 1/4" Modern/Contemporary Blank Wood Newel Post can be mounted on a stair tread, cap, landing or balcony. Along with being a stabilizing force, it can also add an ornamental element to the staircase. Its beautiful design provides a distinctive smooth and sleek appearance to the stair system.

• Can also be used as half newel post in place of a rosette 
• Install using our Newel Post Mounting Kit 

Caution: It is critical that the newel is attached securely in order for the staircase to comply with local building codes.
