We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. So we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order, delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items and shipping charges are not refundable. All returns require a return authorization from us (RMA#). Before you return an item please call us or send us an email stating your reason for a return. Special order items are not returnable. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items used in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible.
As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Affordable Stair Parts due to the cancellation of your order.
If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not been packed or dispatched we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
If an item is missing from your order and you have not been notified that it is out of stock please notify us within 48 hours. You will need to provide us invoice/order # for the funds to be credited to your account for your next purchase or before a full refund is offered. Please ensure to check your order against the invoice and packing slip as soon as your order arrives.
Please open your package immediately upon delivery. Affordable Stair Parts will not be held responsible for any problems not reported to us within the first 48 hours after the package is listed as delivered by the shipping service.
Please DO NOT wait until your project begins or for your contractor/installer to begin on the project to inspect items. Any claims for missing or damaged items should be made within 48 hours of receiving your package/s. We will not be held accountable for any delayed projects for any reason. We can help assist you in choosing items you may need for your installation but essentially it is up to you or your contractor to make a decision on final products as they or you will be installing them.
We cannot issue refunds, replacements or store credits for items missing or damaged if more than 48 hours has lapsed after your order was delivered.
